Paying for Homecare

You can pay for your care privately or you may be eligible for social services or other funding. If this is the case you need to contact your local social services office to have this assessed. You may be entitled to an independent living allowance, or attendance allowance or you may be eligible for payments under the direct payments initiative. Social Services will tell you if you are entitled to additional support.

• We will invoice private clients every two weeks.
• Payments can be made by cheque.
• Cash payments are not safe.
• Under no circumstances would clients pay carers direct.
• We agree contracts for private clients.
